Here are some tips to get you ready for evals!

Stretching:
30 minutes per day will help your jumps, stunting, and tumbling skills!
Conditioning:
Here at Diamonds we do a 30 minute intense workout regiment PER PRACTICE.
To prepare, here is a small sample you could try:
> Running (10 minutes)
> Push ups (5 minutes)
> Squats (10 minutes)
> Planks (5 minutes)
(Repeat two times!)
Tumbling:
All Stars TUMBLE!
